I am Reet. An enthusiastic and results-driven Computer Engineering student at Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in Software Engineering, with a Physics Minor. I am passionate about developing innovative solutions that integrate software and hardware systems, leveraging my skills in programming, data analytics, and computer architecture. My academic achievements, including multiple awards and recognitions such as Dean’s List and competition wins, reflect my commitment to excellence and my ability to lead and innovate.
I have hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including Python, VHDL, SystemVerilog, and C++, and I thrive in collaborative environments, having contributed to impactful projects in the fields of aerospace, data systems, and machine learning. RTL-Software Engineer, DDR-RTL, CT Serdes, AMD (Advanced Micro Devices), Markham, Ontario
- Created a Python-based tool that reduced task time from 4-5 hours to 5mins, significantly boosting team productivity.
- Developed Verilog assertion modules for clock-gating and Clock Domain Crossing (CDC) in Linux to detect design flaws.
- Updated and created Synopsys Design Constraint files (SDC) for the RTL design, improving the accuracy of timing constraints.
- Developed “make” commands using Makefiles and Python scripts integrated with Linux terminal commands, to automate routine tasks, enabling the team to focus on higher-priority work and innovation.
- Collaborated closely with team members to edit Verilog and Python code files, adding new features and tests to troubleshoot problems.

- Re-engineered the back-end logic into a Python script, creating teams out of a group of people.
- Implemented AI optimization algorithms to reduce the number of possible solutions while making sure the created teams have equal performance and are following a given criterion.
- Used Postman to create effective REST APIs to manage users in JSON format.
- Identified, recorded, thoroughly documented, and tracked bugs in Gitlab, while monitoring the debugging results.
Non-Internship Experience
Electrical Lead - Toronto Metropolitan Baja Racing
- Led the development of a live telemetry system for Toronto Metropolitan Baja Racing (SAE Baja Car), utilizing Arduino sensors with real-time graph plotting in Python and C++.
- Designed and built crucial circuitry, integrating sensors with Arduino boards across the vehicle.
- Currently working on the electrical powertrain for the SAE Baja 2025 event.
